Oak Smoked Cheddar

Smokey and mellow, our oak-smoked cheddar is named after the great Godminster oaks, whose leaves are a symbol of good fortune. The cheddar itself is the same gold medal cheddar that goes into our Bruton Beauty which is then cold smoked over oak chippings sourced from sustainable woodlands. Delicious on its own or as part of the perfect cheeseboard, Cheyney’s Fortune is also a versatile ingredient in many show-stopping recipes – we love it on a burger! Godminsters make all of their cheeses using pasteurised milk and they are certified organic by the Soil Association. Moreover, they contain no artificial preservatives. Each of these products is suitable for vegetarians.
