Wild Blackberry & Apple Jam

The delicious combination of Wild blackberries & apples always reminds me of early autumn foraging in the hedgerows. Childhood memories of blackberry & apple crumbles with creamy homemade custard, yummy. As you could probably guessed this is my favourite jam & the Taste of the West judges clearly think is good too, as they awarded this with a Gold Award. Perfect addition to a freshly toasted slice of sourdough bread, spread on the top of your vanilla cheesecake or added into your warm bowl of porridge. 320g Jar Ingredients; Sugar, Wild Blackberry, Apple, Water Total sugar content: 64g per 100g / Prepared with 63g fruit per 100g
