Wild Blueberry, Pink Peppercorn & Thyme Vinegar – 3 Star Great Taste 2019.
Use it as a jus, meat glaze or simply drizzled over salad, at its best with Venison, Lamb or Duck.
But why leave it there? I don’t enjoy sugary cordials & lemonades; this is perfect added to sparkling water for a very refreshing drink, fruity water without all the sugar.
It’s also makes a delightful accompaniment to a great craft Gin like Lilliput or Wicked Wolf’s 1869.
Far more fruit than any shop bought fruit vinegar, which means more flavour & less sugar.
