Raspberry Vinegar

This is my go to Vinegar, one of my favourites the favourite for a refreshing drink; yes you read correctly, drink. Raspberry Vinegar full of fresh raspberry flavour. Use it as a jus, meat glaze or simply drizzled over salad. But why leave it there? I don’t enjoy sugary cordials & lemonades; this is perfect added to sparkling water for a very refreshing drink. It’s also exceptionally good with Prosecco too; brings out the fruitiness of the prosecco.
