The Longman family have been farmers and involved in the world of dairy since 1880. Together with the Beckett Family at Belton Farm, who have been making traditional Farmhouse cheese for over 100 years, they work hard together to keep the flavour and tradition of Green’s of Glastonbury Farmhouse Organic Cheese alive today.
It's fun and challenging to cook with what's available and the produce is so much fresher than anywhere else. Our family loves them!
