Burrow Mump is a semi-hard Sheeps cheese, with a compressed texture and a sweet and nutty flavour.

Aged for approximately 4 weeks and regularly washed in Somerset Cider Brandy.

Named after a historic Somerset landmark, this is a cheese with a developing delicate flavour on the palate.
